How to Use the self-study course?

There are 5 video lessons with teachings and 5 journeys. Start with Lesson 1 and may be spend few days on that lesson. Do the journey, few times. You can also download the journey/ meditation that goes with the lesson.

Reflect on that experience, journal, meditate on the answers that you get. Then when you are ready, continue to the next lesson.

Please REMEMBER that the spiritual journey is not a race, it is a marathon. The self-study course Journey to Your Soul is build up so you can go at your own pace in a self-discovery journey.
